The SDR Antenna

This Antenna was my first real attempt at looking at the possibilities of Amateur Radio coupled with the SDRPlay RSPdv running the SDRUno software on a old Windows 10 laptop I was able to take a look at what Amateur Radio was all about.

After running through the setup of SDRUno with this antenna I was able to take a look at signals coming in from local FM & DAB radio stations, upper and lower Amateur Radio bands. This ability to listen in meant I was able to hear the local chatter, find the squealing data modes, tune in to the CW (morse code) bands and tag onto the conversations people where having on 70cm, 2mt, 10mt, 20mt the antenna is capable of receiving more but this is the areas I was taking advantage of.
